Ingredients:
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Lemon juiced
1 scoop Bodylogix Vanilla-flavored Protein of choice
¾ cup dairy-free milk
½ cup raspberries
Optional: Dairy-free (or regular) yogurt, fruit & hemp seeds to top
Directions:
- Combine oats, protein powder, and chia seeds in a 2-cup mason jar.
- Add in lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and dairy-free milk.
- Place lid on and shake to combine placing in the fridge overnight, or up to three days.
- Once ready to consume, remove from the fridge and place yogurt (if using) and raspberries on top before consuming.
Pro tip: Make 2-3 at a time for a quick, on-the-go breakfast full of healthy macros. If kept sealed these will last in the 3-4 days in the fridge.
