Cool as a Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 scoop Bodylogix Natural Whey Protein - Vanilla Bean

1 cup chopped Cucumber

1 cup chopped Pineapple

¼ Avocado

1 cup Spinach

Juice from 1 Lime

Coconut Water to Fill

Optional Add in: 1 tbsp Chia Seeds


Directions:

Place cucumber, pineapple, avocado, spinach, lime juice and protein powder in a high speed blender. Fill with your coconut water to 1 ¾ cups (putting the liquid in after guarantees a perfect smoothie consistency). Blend until thick and creamy before enjoying.
