Zac Rinaldo was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 6th round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. In his rookie season, Zac was awarded the Gene Hart Trophy, awarded to the player that competed with the most 'Hart'.
Zac is currently entering his 10th NHL season with the Calgary Flames.
